Clematis Josephine in the Daylily Garden
Clematis Josephine This plant has been so lovely, but with recent rains and other delays these were not photographed at their pristine best. These photos show blossoms at various stages of maturity. Still, they are quite nice, considering the rain amounts the plants were subjected to during the blooming phase.
The two blossoms at the top have lost or losing their primary petals, with only the expanding centers remaining.
Clematis Josephine has bloomed mostly in groups this year. Bunches of blossoms. Very nice.
