Spring Photos in the Daylily Garden
Small Patch of Lettuce and Onions
The lettuce will be transplanted into the larger veggie garden. The metal frame will hold a cover of cheese cloth to shield the lettuce from the sun. Too much sun makes the lettuce taste bitter. This patch is not located in the daylily garden, but the colors are so pretty, I added it in anyway, and it's mouth watering to look at it, well, if you like salads.
Pink Chinese Wisteria Sinensis This wisteria was hit hard by the freeze, and killed most of the buds. Yet, some survived to bloom. Notice the dead bloomon the right.
